Twilight’s Fathoms 

Return she must.

Young Kraken slept,

Twilight’s fathoms,

Those Lightless depths,

Hid Her bindings.

Old Harpoon pierced,

Torn asunder,

Tentacle clipped,

Pain… She thundered!

Deep Sea taken?

The Sea Breeze lost?

Gulls to waken,

Young Kraken fought.

To Heal, she must,

Both Proud and Strong,

Young Kraken crushed,

But not for long…
